Our Okayti Tea garden is evidence of our commitment to sustainable agriculture as we are proud holders of the prestigious Rainforest Alliance Certification with 100% organic tea farming. While we believe and emphasize in the vision of harmony between nature and community, we are committed to preserving biodiversity, protecting ecosystems, and promoting ethical farming practices. Every harvest is an opportunity to heal the land, ensuring our practice contribute positively to the environment.

Our endeavor is not limited to agriculture only, it includes well being of our surrounding and community as well. We firmly believe that for sustainable progress we should bring up a healthy community

  • We uplift the lives of workers and families by providing fair wages and safe working environment.
  • We invest in education by supporting local schools and also healthcare facilities.
  • We encourage young people to explore opportunities in tea management, branding, and research.
  • We offer vocational training programs to empower individual for a better future.
  • We buy fresh green tea leaves from small farmers, ensuring they get fair prices and regular income.

Sustainability is the heart of Aman Tea and to broader our effort we aim

  • To convert tea waste into organic compost and emphasizing 100% plastic free packaging
  • Expand tree planting around tea gardens to capture carbon and improve soils health
  • Plan to go with 100% renewable energy (Solar & Renewable Energy) for tea processing and factory operations.
  • Strengthening small farmers by providing technical training programs to workers children and scholarships.

Even though we have marked significant progress, we accept that there is much more we have yet to explore and achieve. With an aim towards continuous improvement, we will continue to strengthen our commitment as we believe that sustainability is not just a goal but a path of constant learning and implementations. Our goal is not just to Tea, but to a brighter, greener and equitable world.
